These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by LIFE Memorial Care (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

LIFE Memorial Care provides professional grave cleaning, memorial maintenance, and remembrance services within the United Kingdom.

Services may include:

  • Headstone cleaning

  • Grave tending and weeding

  • Flower placement

  • Seasonal decorations

  • Photo updates

  • Subscription-based care plans (e.g., Quarterly Care, Annual Peace Plan)

All services are provided with care, respect, and professionalism.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Subscription plans may be paid monthly or annually.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Access to Cemeteries

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The grave location details provided are accurate.

  • We are permitted access to the cemetery.

  • There are no restrictions preventing maintenance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by cemetery regulations, restricted access, or severe weather.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Cemetery closures

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Satisfaction & Service Standards

We aim to provide high-quality memorial care. If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving photo confirmation.

We may offer:

  • A revisit where appropriate

  • A partial refund at our discretion

7. Cancellations & Refunds

One-Time Services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit may receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.

Subscription Plans:

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • No refunds are provided for services already completed.

  • Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

8. Liability

We take great care when working on memorials. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to headstones or grave structures.

  • We are not responsible for structural instability, weathered stone deterioration, or third-party vandalism.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Photographs

As part of our service, we may provide before-and-after photographs.

These photographs:

  • Are shared privately with the client.

  • Will not be used publicly without written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials belonging to LIFE Memorial Care remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
